Having amassed a wealth of experience in mining and mineral processing, the company now possesses the resources and flexibility to become a pioneer in catering to the requirements of the mineral supporting industries.

The year 2000 ushered in new chapter for Alchemy Boulders. From humble beginnings it has grown to become a progressive and dynamic player in the industry.

The advanced technology adopted by Alchemy, together with the abundance of quality silica quartz in Sri Lanka has made it possible for the company to venture into the export of processed silica quartz to global markets.

In 2000 I , Alchemy Boulders became an export oriented company under the Board Of Investment insignia. The capability of Alchemy to supply quality quartz at a high rate of capacity to any given size distribution has impressed customers. As a result the company has established a solid client base. The company constantly keeps abreast with the latest developments and absorbs such knowledge into its operations.

The company is now embarking on a new concept to develop high purity quartz with chemical intervention. This development will enable the company to produce high purity quartz to meet the criteria for the manufacture of high-end products for the global market. We already export over 6000 tonnes of processed quartz which is widely used in Japan, Korea, Singapore and other markets.
